I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of the Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City, with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families across diverse clinical settings.
I provide in-person therapy in Scarsdale and lower Westchester — including White Plains and the Rivertowns — as well as virtual therapy to clients located in New York, Connecticut, and Florida.
Throughout my career, I have worked in outpatient programs, residential treatment settings, schools, camps, and private practice. I have supported clients from varied backgrounds facing both acute psychiatric needs and more common emotional challenges, including trauma, emotional dysregulation, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, school problems, and family conflict.
My treatment approach is flexible and individualized. I integrate insight-oriented therapy with structured skill-building strategies, adapting to the needs of each client or family. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment model designed to help resolve trauma-related symptoms.
I value creating a therapeutic space that is steady, collaborative, and responsive – where clients feel supported while also challenged to grow.
I welcome the opportunity to connect for an initial phone consultation.
